These terms govern your use of Trim. Creating an account or using the service constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Service description
Trim is a restaurant profitability analysis tool. It ingests sales and labor exports from point-of-sale systems and vendor receipt photos, extracts line items via OCR, and computes prime cost, food cost percentage, labor percentage, item-level margins, and ingredient cost drift. Trim is a decision-support tool, not an accounting system or system of record.
Eligibility
Trim is intended for businesses that own or operate a restaurant. Each account represents a single restaurant. Account holders must be authorized to act on behalf of the restaurant.
